Michael J. Decker has served in ministry for many years alongside his wife, Ashley, in a wide range of roles including Youth Pastors, Associate Pastors, Lead Pastors, church planters, and District Overseers. Their shared journey has given them a deep appreciation for both the joys and challenges of serving the local church in every season of ministry.

Michael is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God and holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from Newburgh Theological Seminary, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Church Administration from Lee University. His ministry is shaped not only by education, but by lived experience, a love for the Church, and a desire to see both ministers and church members walk faithfully together.

Michael and Ashley live in Kentucky with their three children—Caleb, Noah, and Chloe—where they continue to serve, lead, and learn, depending daily on God’s grace and calling.
